Last updated: 16 Oct 2026

Kajang and Bangi sit in the south-east of the Klang Valley, between Cheras, Semenyih and Putrajaya. Kajang is an old town famous for its satay, now ringed by large townships such as Kajang 2, Bandar Sungai Long and Bangi Avenue, while Bangi grew around UKM and Bandar Baru Bangi. The MRT terminus in Kajang, several universities and prices well below KL keep demand strong from students, young families and first-time buyers.
